In September of this year I will be joining 30 riders of the 'Inspired Living' team. We are attempting to ride from Winchester to Venice covering 900 miles through 9 countries in 9 days. Inspired Living was established in 2009 and the primary aims of the team are:

1. To inspire ordinary men and women to adopt healthier lifestyles in order to reduce their risk of contracting cancer and

2. To raise £1million for Cancer Research UK. 

The work CRUK do is now generally well known, but on a personal level through the last 3.5 years many of the drugs and treatments that Becky and I had first hand experience with were most likely researched and developed using funding and or grants from CRUK and so I can appreciate first hand just how important this charity is and how any donations, large or small, will help patients and their families in the future.
