Hey Folks

My long suffering husband has finally agreed to take part in an event with me so on Sunday 24th November we will be Mo-Running 5K in Milton Keynes in costume and chained together just to prove that team work means together we will beat cancer.

November has become well known as Movember in recent years and as such we will be donning our very own moustaches and getting kitted out (and chained together) - for one day only the Goff household will become...

Yes, the famous moustached plumbing brothers of nintendo fame will be running a cheeky 5K - attached by a string of those 'magic mushrooms'...which might prove trickier than you think as I'm pretty slow these days and somehow during my injury Trevor has caught my 5K time and sailed past it :-)

You know the next bit - dig deep, give a little to change alot - every single £1 counts and together we will make a difference x
