Hi....Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.

I'm hoping to raise money & awareness for the children of Africa who are facing a constant struggle from birth. Fortunately, most of us are in some position to help in some small way. I'm dismayed at the number of deaths due to  basic needs we take for granted. A few quid  could buy mosquito nets,vaccinations ,shelter or just clean water to give these children a fighting chance.

The ride is a lot longer than anything i've done,and will be solo on the bike opposite.The ride starts in Hull,East Yorkshire,and hits Dover for the ferry to Calais.From there i travel through France,over the Pyrenees into Spain and on to Algeciras to catch the ferry to Tangier in Morocco. From Tangiers i will travel down the west coast hopefully ending at Casablanca intact,without loosing  feeling from the neck down. ( some say i've already lost the feeling from the neck up!) From Casa i travel to Marakech,inland,through the mid Atlas to Fez,then head back to Tangiers for the return ferry,all in all,a round trip of about 5,000 miles

Since i began this page there has been numerous pressures in charities in differant parts of the globe, yet some of us will also have hardships this year with jobs ect, so i thank you for viewing this page.

So friends, if you can give anything to this cause, just use your plazzy card as instructed on this page,but don't forget to tick the taxpayer box to add a few bob more,it all helps! Also leave me a 'good luck' message when you do, i'll need it!!!!

had a fantastic time.hard work at times (550 miles 1 day) but the Moto4 Africa stickers on the bike kept me going thru wind and rain.thank you all once again for believing we could changed children's lives.since i have returned,there has been a lot of media time on malaria and the effects it has.let's hope the people in the public eye can spread a lot of light on the cause.remember,a fiver gets a net.the rest is a hope 4 life for a child out there.let's hope our cause has given the kiddies a tomorrow,something we all take for granted?.............stu
