In November 2019, I am trekking to the foot of the Worlds Highest Mountain, Everest Base Camp. At 5,380m or 17,600ft this trek is no walk in the park. Trekking for 12 days at high altitude will be a huge challenge and test of stamina and perseverance. Having organised group challenges over the last 5 years, I'm now looking to tackle a personal test of endurance whilst continuing to raise as much awareness and funds as I possible can for those affected by this terrible disease.

All funds raised will go to both the MNDA National Office and to South West Wales branch of the association.
