InshaAllah I will be taking this challenging trek up the paths of Mount Snowdon on Saturday 29th March 2014 to make it easier for future generations to travel the paths of sacred knowledge and learn more about Allah and Islam. The mountains are one of the greater signs of Allah and we can see this if only we take time out to reflect and learn about Allah. Allah has mentioned about this breathtaking creation of His in the Quran many times... 

لَوْ أَنزَلْنَا هَٰذَا الْقُرْآنَ عَلَىٰ جَبَلٍ لَّرَأَيْتَهُ خَاشِعًا مُّتَصَدِّعًا مِّنْ خَشْيَةِ اللَّهِ وَتِلْكَ الْأَمْثَالُ نَضْرِبُهَا لِلنَّاسِ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَتَفَكَّرُونَ

Had We sent down this Qur’an on some mountain, then, (O listener,) you would certainly have seen it bowed, split and crushed to pieces for fear of Allah. And We give these examples for the people so that they may ponder. [59:21]

Remember without Islamic education we would not know how to read the Quran, we would not know how to worship Allah in a way that is pleasing to him and we would not know how to pray for our parents, our family and our brothers and sisters who are suffering in the Ummah.
