Firstly - thanks for coming this far.

 

In 2011 I intend to run 12 races in 12 months (including 2 marathons and a triathlon) to raise money for the Isabel Hospice, in memory of a close family friend who sadly passed away at the end fo 2010. Its my little way of saying thank you to Isabel Hospice for the care, help and support they gave at this difficult time.
