Story

Thank you for visiting this fundraising page.  Please give generously for an extremely worthwhile cause.

The 'Moz Memorial Match' started in 2005 following the untimely death of rugby fan Tim Morris, who was aged just 30.  Tim was an avid Bath fan but also took a keen interest in Bristol Rugby club and sponsored a player from both teams.  Tim was also a frequent visitor to numerous rugby boards / chat rooms, where he posted under the name of 'Moz'

It was decided to honour Tim's memory by playing an annual rugby fixture between Bath fans and Bristol fans to raise money for one of his preferred charities, Medecins Sans Frontieres. This year will be the fourth fixture and the previous three have raised in excess of £21,000. The matches have always been fiercely competitive with both teams keen get one over the old enemy, but have been played in the intended spirt and we hope that continues this year.

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to donate: Médecins Sans Frontières UK will receive your money electronically and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in Gift Aid will be added to your donation at no cost to you.

Please, please donate generously.

Many thanks for your support.
