I will be taking part in the Big Bike Ride 2008 which will take place over  four days starting 26/06/08  Birmingham and finishing in London  29/06/08 via Leeds, Newcastle, Edingburgh,Glasgow,Manchester,Liverpool,Bangor,Aberystwth,Swansea,Cardiff, Bristol,Southampton, Brighton,

While riding on mass we will be wearing High Visibility jackets with red dots on and stopping to meet the press on the way .Hopefully with  your kind donations we should raise a large amount and draw attention to this terrible disease ...
