Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

A bit about us;

Please don't read too much into the photo's, as we are a crack team of highly motivated fitness fanatics, so completing the 3 Peaks challenge in 24hrs should be no sweat!!!

Our uploaded Photo's record our training so far and detail specifically how "knackered" we are every time !!!! (It isn't getting any easier!)

Seriously though, the MPH team are made up of the following members:

Rob, Adam, Jason, Stephen, Gareth J, Gareth E, Paul, Andy and Barry, will be attempting to complete the 3 Peaks (Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon) within 24 Hours on Saturday June 19th, starting at 3pm and finishing, fingers crossed, prior to 3pm on Sunday 20th June at Snowdon.

All in aid of our chosen charity, for whom with your help, we aim to raise in excess of £ 5,000 to go towards their annually costs of £ 4 million, so every penny you donate will help.

A bit about our Chosen Charity:

Hope House Children’s Hospices – Hope House in Oswestry and Ty Gobaith in Conwy (North Wales’ only children hospice) provide specialist nursing care in addition to practical and emotional support to terminally ill and life limited children and young people.  The dedicated care and support extends to the whole family from diagnosis, throughout the lifetime of the child and beyond.

Their comprehensive professional bereavement and counseling service is offered to families who use the hospices and also throughout North and Mid-Wales, Cheshire and Shropshire to those who have lost a child in whatever circumstances.  Hope House Children’s Hospices also offer support to all children and young people who have lost someone close to them in traumatic situations.

It costs in excess of £ 4 million a year to maintain all of the hospices services and rely upon donated voluntary income.

Thank you

On behalf of the team and Hope House, thank you very much for your donation.
