On 29th June I will be abseiling off Wales Millennium Centre in order to raise funds for the centre.  Have a look at photos of the building on www.wmc.org.uk to see how high it is and how stunning a roof I have the privilege of stepping off.  Not a lot of people know that WMC is a charity and needs to continually fundraise to meet its ambitions.

One member of my team said that I should try abseiling the 100ft with 110ft of elastic!  It is really wonderful when you have a team around you that think this most of you.  Well that's one member of the team I wonder what the rest of the 199 think, I hope they all do not feel the same way.
