We have teamed up with hospital bosses to launch a £750,000 fundraising appeal to help purchase a new state-of-the-art MRI scanner.

The scanner will revolutionise the service the hospital offers and allow them to treat patients quicker, safer and allow them to diagnose illnesses at an earlier stage.

The new MRI scanner is expected to be used over the next seven years to treat hundreds of thousands of patients across Mansfield and Ashfield.

So far more than £68,000 has been raised (As of 29th August 2012) as members of the Mansfield and Ashfield community dig deep for our fantastic cause.

Now we are getting on our bike to raise lots more cash during a sponsored exercise bike ride at Mansfield's Oasis Health Centre on 19th October and we need your support.

With your help this amazing campaign can reach its goal and provide a lasting health legacy for our district for many years to come.
