Chester MS Support Centre offers practical support, therapies and helpful strategies to manage the symptoms of MS as effectively as possible in a happy, supportive and understanding environment. Individuals are encouraged to take a positive attitude towards the management of their symptoms, allowing them to take control of their lives with MS, rather than MS controlling them.

Story

The MS Challenge is back.

The MS Challenge is a 10km run, bog slog and swim through the wettest of upland forests above Capel Curig in North Wales, carrying a passenger with Multiple sclerosis  in a wheelchair.

Whitchurch Rugby Club has taken part in the MS Challenge over the last six years and last year we raised over £3000, and we thought it was going to be the last year of the Challenge.  But it is back ; this year we really want to make the most of it and raise the most money possible to support this fantastic chairty.

It is a great, wet, muddy day out; physically demanding; it is an opportunity to wear a skirt (netbal kit this year); it is a terrifying ordeal for Alison our passenger, but ultimately it is about raising money.

Please do give what ever you can to help us support the brilliant work of the Chester MS Centre.
