MIddlesbrough MS Therapy Centre has been helping people for 25 years so it's their Silver Jubilee!  In order to KEEP helping people, they need your help.  As a self-funding charity they have to keep raising funds all year, every year so, as someone with MS who receives help from the Therapy Centre, I'm doing my bit to help out.  

So, if you hear from me on Twitter or Facebook asking for your help and support, please give generously.

Don't worry, I'm not asking for you to be out of pocket in any way!  What I'd like you to do is dig out an old book, dvd, cd or something old (which might be on its way to the charity shop any way!), sign it and send it to me for an Ebay Fundraising EXTRAVAGANZA this Summer.
