Dear all;

This years crazy event is an amateur stage of the Tour De France, which recreates one of the famous stages of Tour legend Eddie Merx, but unfortunately includes a fair few rather nasty hills and +200 kilometres of road in 10 hours... fortunately there's no Alpes or Pyrenees to contend with; but Im hoping not crash off any mountain roads near Strasbourg.

This year Im also doing the event for Macmillan nurses, who I know first hand do a fantastic job with people terminally ill with cancer

So please donate as much as you can for this charity, and Ill do my best to make it across the finish line.
