PLEASE SEE UPDATE BELOW!!
Thank you for visiting our fundraising page. Please dig deep and sponsor us online.
On Monday the 16th of June 2008 at 6am some very good friends (albeit slightly insane) and myself will attempt an ascent and subsequent decent of Mt. Snowdon (5560ft), catch is this will be on mountain bikes!!
'Team Gullible' consists of: Lee Isham, Kev Stewart, Ant Newton, Dom Yule, Andy Bray and Matt Silsbury.
The worthy cause benefiting from this ridiculous challenge is the Pligrims Hospice's in Kent. With three locations around the county, they provide care and endless support for patients, family & friends, from which my own family have benefited, through the ongoing care provided for my mum Trish.
Astonishingly such a priceless service is funded mainly on donations and staffed by volunteer workers. It's for this reason that we have decided to get on our bikes and raise as much money as possible to help the Pilgrims Hospice continue their incredible work.
Please leave us a message when donating (Funniest win a prize!)
Donating through this site is simple, fast, safe and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Pilgrims Hospices In East Kent will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you!
So please sponsor us now!
Many thanks for your support. I hope we live to thank you all!!
Thanks also to Hawa, Graeme and the guys at Surfsales Folkestone for supplying some top quality DAKINE gear for us to use. Please visit their website at: www.Surf-Sales.com

17/6/08 UPDATE: We could'nt have hoped for a better day. Blue sky and no wind (well apart from the boys room on Sunday night). The ascent took just over 2.5 hours and was very tough going (can hardly walk today!) Not so warm at the summit as we found. Braking can be hard when you've lost the sence in your fingers! The descent was ever so slightly quicker at 10mins. Perfect day, perfect company. Thanks to all who has kindly donated and a massive thanks to all who made this happen (My wife and good friends). Please continue to donate as this site stays active untill August. Again thank you all so much!
