Story

The Gwent High Sheriffs' Fund (administered by the Community Foundation in Wales) helps disadvantaged young people in Gwent, where there are areas of much deprivation. Local charities address the problems but need help. We give it.

My plan was to do 10 walks of 10 miles each in 10 weeks and, after walks all over Gwent in all weathers, we’re 90% of the way to our fundraising target of £3,000 - I'm hoping to make it by the New Year.

It’s not too late to sponsor me, and to support the young people of Gwent.
