SAT 5 DEC was our magnificent GRIM day ... and what a fantastic day it was!! Huge thanks to all who participated and to those who came along to help and support the charity on the day. An awesome effort! 

Now's the time to call all your pledges in ... we're asking all Muscle Warriors to raise a minimum of £100 per person or more if you can, so we can continue to deliver more amazing Muscle Dreams in the future.
