HELP A POOR CHILD is a non-profit, voluntary organisation, founded in 1980, to provide assistance to children and families struggling in terrible poverty. Today, through public support, it helps children in different parts of Asia and Africa. With your help, it can continue to help poor children grow up healthy, educated and living near to normal lives.

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page.

As an international cricketer, I have enjoyed travelling the world and also enjoyed the fame,which the beautiful game of cricket has given me.  Throughtout this time, I have never forgetten those who have little or nothing, especially those back home.

I have now teamed up with this established charity in organising a fund-raising
Dinner Event on Monday 3rd September 2007, 7.30 p.m. at:
TKC Banqueting Suite, 447 Lady Margaret Road, Southall, Middlesex, UB1 2QB

You have my personal guarantee that 100% of the funds raised will go, through HAPC, to deserving cases I have identified in the village of Sahiwal, Pakistan.
