Alzheimer Scotland is the leading, national dementia charity in Scotland. Our mission is to make sure nobody faces dementia alone. We provide advice, information and support and we are here for people living with dementia, their families and carers across Scotland.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am hosting a spectacular evening of music with some of Edinburgh's best musicians including Davie Sloan & The Rattlers, Jed Potts & The Hillman Hunters, Liz MacEwan, Makossa, Safehouse, Rab Howat & Kenny Herbert, Soulussion & The Soul Power Horns and David Paton.  There will be a raffle and auction, hosted by comedian Craig Hill, that includes fantastic prizes including a limited edition signed and framed Jack Vettriano print, a romantic holiday for 2, cut & blow dry at Charlie Millar, driving lessons, theatre tickets and much more.  If you'd like to come along tickets can be purchased via Ticket Scotland or Edinburgh Jam House.

We are raising money for the Lothian Early Onset Support Service who do amazing work supporting sufferers of early onset dementia (ie. under 65 years of age) and their families.  However they only have funds for 24 places a year and the Lothians has the highest percentage of early onset dementia.  More funds are needed to keep this service ongoing and continuing to provide for sufferers of this awful disease.

All your donations and support are appreciated and we give everyone our heartfelt thanks for supporting Music for Living. xxx
