We use small change to make a BIG difference...

Story

Well what can I say about myself? No stranger to mountains, I am student from a small city in the North of England, Bradford, I have decided to challenge myself. Yes!!! Trek up to the Worlds Highest Base Camp, Everest.  At my age, in this time and age not many students like to challenge themselves to something this big. But I am!!!

In the past I have trekked up many mountains. I have successfully completed Mount Snowdon, Ben Nevis, The Three National Peaks, Egypt’s Mount Sinai and now I Believe I am ready for the Big One, Everest.

On how hard the challenge will be, well in simple terms, it will be tough 17 days, we will be tackled mentally and physically, feet will hurt, ankles will swell however it is nothing and I mean nothing compared to the pain that the mother went through when she lost her child, her husband, her mother, her sister or her brother. Just imagine the pain, the agony that the 2000+ people suffered when they died in the floods of 2010 in Pakistan, or the hardship that the elderly, babies, toddlers and the 20Million+ Pakistani’s went through and STILL ARE!!!

Well what are we asking for from YOU?

YOUR SUPPORT, YOUR HELP.

Penny Appeal have launched the Mount Everest Challenge 2011, to help those affected 20Million people who are still in our Hand. We have launched the campaign to help rebuild houses and wells.
