Memory Walk
Campaign by Alzheimer's Society (RCN 296645)
This year over 110,000 people walk united, against dementia. We aim, with your help to raise over £9 million to help anyone affected by dementia.

Story

Around 225,000 people develop dementia every year – that's the
equivalent to one person every three minutes.

Dementia is a cruel and unforgiving disease, my late granda lived
with this, luckily for only a few years. He may have lost his memories of me, but i will never loose my treasured memories of him.  My grandda was the inspiration for my career
choice and always kept me entertained with a story, be it the first time I
heard it, or the last.

Five days before his eighty seventh my grandfather passed away,
which was five days and many years too soon.

I am taking part in the Alzheimers Society Memory Walk 2017, in
memory of my amazing grandad.  Lets hope
for a world without dementia together

We text everyday, why not change the future and text : SAMK53 £1 to 70070.
