Story

Mens mental health is slowly becoming regarded as something to be discussed, with over 75% of suicide deaths recorded in the UK being male.

It is commonly known a majority of men do not feel comfortable discussing anxiety, depression and any other personal issues they may be going through, and a service that provides support for men to do so is very well worth supporting. 

I'm going to complete IronMan Bolton in July 2019, along with various other challenges in training on the journey, all related in to a statistic of suicide in the UK...more details to follow.

About the charity

We’re the Campaign Against Living Miserably and we’re taking a stand against suicide. That means standing against feeling hopeless, standing up to stereotypes and showing life is always worth living.125 lives are lost every week to suicide. 75% of all UK suicides are male. We exist to change this.
