After becoming bored of training for 10km runs I thought I'd set myself a slightly more difficult challenge of a 100km bike ride. It is around the beautiful Dorset countryside and hopefully it won't be pouring with rain!

The ride is for the British Heart foundation which is a great cause so don't be shy with the sponsorship money! :)
