Story

Hi all

My oldest friend from school, Sarah, has developed heart failure (DCM) and is still trying to come to terms with living with diminished capacity (she used to be a fantastic teacher but cannot work now). She has 2 children and is also trying to find ways to help them cope with the news that mummy sometimes cannot get out of bed and cannot always play with them.

The CMA helps bring her together with others so she does not feel so isolated and also gives advice from top Cardiologists. We went to their AGM recently and the experts they had there are really dedicated to advancing the treatment of this condition.

I'm not yet doing any sponsored events for this Charirty - although watch this space as I will be planning something soon. Just thought I would create the site in case anyone wanted to be charitable in the meantime

Thanks for anything you can give at this time (if all of my friends on facebook put in just £2, I would have reached my target!)

Thanks

Julie
