I'm fat. I'm unfit. I can't have a skinful to drink on a Saturday night. I have to run 13.1 miles. These things do not become me. Foolishly I'll be running the Great North Run this year, if you can support me in doing so (piggy back, fireman lift) that would be most appreciated!
