Dave was diagnosed with mesothelioma in July 2004 and passed away just 16 months later in December 2005 at the age of 69. Dave contracted mesothelioma whilst working as a tip marshall for a landfill company. Asbestos was being disposed of in landfills in the 80's. At that time people were not aware of how the exposure was so dangerous. There is no cure for mesothelioma and is important to support the suffers and the families the best way we can. Dave left behind a loving, supporting wife, Sylvie and 2 wonderful children.
