I am hoping to climb Mount Snowden on 31st July with Muslim Aid to help raise money for the victims in the North West Frontier of Pakistan. There hasn't been a lot of coverage in the media about the crisis, but around 3.2 million people have now been displaced, the biggest upheaval since the Rwanda crisis. There are no official reports to the number of casualties but you can guess it's in the thousands and the conflict hasn't come to an end completely.

Okay I know the picture here is not of me, but there are thousands of children just like this one who have lost their homes and loved ones and really need our help. So please dig deep and give what you can, a small amount from us can go a long way there.
