Yes I have well and truly completed the 10k!

That blue-headed speck in the middle of the picture is ME at the start line. Couldn't find a pic at the finish but honestly did cross over it.  My time ........ wait for it ................. 1 hr 9 mins and 33secs. yip none stop running! Alhumdulillah. My position in the race.....out of over 13000 women... well not going to tell!! if you really want to know give me a call.

Got my medal and a banana and a caramel tunnocks wafer and a ginger biscuit and a bottle of water!

So now you know its worth it I know you are going to join me for the Great Scottish 10k run in september!!!!!
