Story

***To all our generous sponsors, please state whether you are sponsoring a specific rugby player, the whole rugby team or the cycle team, so the money can be attributed to their pot. Thank you.***

THE STORY

The Nags were formed by five ex-rugby players who pulled a barge 30 miles for CRUK. The group expanded (rapidly) and they created their own Barbarian rugby team who played their inaugural game against Kidderminster RFC in 2014 raising over £7000.

The team agreed to meet up and play every two years welcoming any new members along the way. Our Facebook group 'The Nags Charity Rugby' now has 370 members.

Our next match is against Lampeter RFC on Saturday 14th May 2016 but this time the match ball (donated by Kidderminster RFC) will be delivered the 105 miles in time for kick off by The West Wales Cycle Racing Team.
