Hi,

 I have been running with Phil and David for months now and we are taking part in the London 10 K  on Sunday July 12th.

I have never taken part in a run before and  i'm really looking forward to it.

We would like to raise money for the Wooden Spoon Unit at  Stoke Mandeville Hospital  where Phil received his treatment ....    just a small way of saying thank you for saving his life. .
