At the end of September we (Merrick, Rob and Tsieske), will be competing in the London Urban Adventure Rat Race in support for RedR, a not-for-profit organisation that acts as support for other charities. They supply humanitarian crisis professionals (engineers, medics etc.) in times of disaster in under-developed countries. However, that's not all they can do, but if you'd like to read more you can visit their site here.

To deserve your donated cash we'll need to complete 10km of running, 50km of cycling and 2km of kayaking - all interspersed with climbing and parkour. It will definitely be a physically-demanding challenge but with a donation for RedR to spur us on, we're hoping to complete it in one piece (or 3 pieces)

Please spare what you can, and if you don't know how much to give, a fiver is probably about right. Though, we (and RedR) will be greatful for any amount you can give.
