On the 30th May a group of NAO staff will embark upon our 3 peaks challenge. We'll start at Horton in Ribblesdale and walk the 3 hills of Pen-y-ghent, Whernside amd Ingleborough. The total miles walked is a massive 23.5 miles and 5202ft of ascent which will (hopefully) be completed in 12 hours.

Many of us have never done any walking before therefore this will be seriously painful so please give generously.
