So anyone who knows me will know that I usually regard running as some form of insane torture and generally go along with the whole 'if I'm running, then it is because something is chasing me so run too' thing!  But this year, inspired by some pretty amazing people, I'm joining some of my lovely colleagues in Cancer Research UK's Race for Life.
