With a 6ft 4" 18 year old and just turning 40, i felt like a little challenge.

So here I am about to run in a 5km race on Sunday.

I couldnt possibly do this for pleasure so I have joined the very special people who run for charity.  The only problem is i've left it as usuall til the week before for sponsors.
