Some of you may know I have undertaken a Student Placement this Summer at the YMCA; where I am busy helping to arrange a sponsored event for "Don't Duck the Issue".

Rather than just organise the event, I thought it would be "fun" to have a go for myself... therefore shall be completing a 1.5km swim in Lake Windermere on 11th October; kitted out with a wetsuit and fetching yellow swimming hat.
