I DID IT! I've cycled 300 km to Amsterdam and have had one of the best experiences of my life. It was a real challenge, but such a wonderful way to do something you've never done, and to raise money at the same time just feels amazing. You'll be pleased to know I can still walk and will be looking into my next long cycle it was that good! I did manage to knock one of my fellow riders who was also raising money for World Jewish Relief, off his bike. He's still talking to me which is good.

Have a look at the pictures - I went through the 'rolling' Essex Countryside, then onto a ferry going to the Hook of Holland, where i got to see the North Sea Cycle Route ( a cycle path along the coast of France, Belgium and the Netherlands) It was beautful! My sprained ankle was sore, but I managed!
