I have decided to put myself through the pain of the London to Brighton Cycle ride again this year.  It is a 54 mile bike ride and last year took me more than 5 and a half hours to complete. 

This is a really good cause so please sponsor me to help raise some much needed funds for this charity and help me better my target from last year.
