Back in January, a group of my friends and I decided that 2008 was the year to "achieve something"...forward 9 months with not nearly enough training, and here I am about to run the Run to the Beat half marathon -  that's 13.1 miles - gulp!

I'm running both a 10K in September and the half marathon in October on behalf of the fantastic charity Leukaemia Research, so your generousity will count towards both races - so that's like a 2-4-1, a bogof if you will....

Donating today will also give you the exclusive permission to come along to either race and mock / heckle me / throw vegetables / trip me up etc. Now there's an incentive if ever i've seen one!
