On the 16th-25th October, my brother and I will be heading over to Vietnam to take part in a 5 day endurance trek, across Asia.

This adventurous trek into the Hoa Binh province in the mountainous area of Southeast Hanoi will be one of our toughest physical tests yet. We will be spending 9 days in Vietnam and will be trekking for up to 9 hours a day. In the current months we will be undertaking a strict training program to prepare ourselves for this grueling challenge.

Jamie and I choose to take up this challenge for SCOPE as the charity is very dear to our hearts and carries out fantastic work for children and adults with cerebral palsy.

Our cousin, our superstar was diagnosed with Cerebral palsy at birth. He is now 17 and has gone from strength to strength and is able to live the life he chooses with the great support of this charity.
