I have just joined 24 july 2008 and plan to start the training on 3rd August for the great north run 2008. I have not ran in ages and the training will prob kill me..but the thought of doing something worthwhile will motivate me..you can also do something worthwhile and sponsor me - Im only asking for a £1.

I would never put a pic up of me running and looking like a ribena berry - but if i hit my target..i will put one up!! 

We are all so lucky for the things and life we have, even though it is not always great, so it would be nice for us to show our consideration for others.
