Many thanks for your support on this epic cycle ride.

We are starting the seven day journey on May 16th from Biarritz, over the pyrennes and ending in Barcelona.

I am now 4 months in to my training and from February 4th will be increasing it to 4/5 times a week. This consists of 1 spinning class (and these hurt!), 1 strength training in the gym, 1 endurance training in the gym and 2 cycle rides with Colin Macgadie up and over the hills in the depths of Kent.

I have the bike  now all I need is the fitness and then its off we go.  Not quite sure what I'm letting me in for but everyone keeps telling the scenary is wonderful! The picture above is part of the route.

Not sure just how much I will be concentrating on the scenary but it's for a very worth while cause so please get sponsoring....
