Story

All

Following my bike ride endeavours of which many of you kindly sponsored and helped me raise just short of £4000, I am training for a half marathon in October. For any of you that know me well, I'm sure you'll be aware that this is more my sport (albeit a little further than what I'm used to running!).

I am aiming to complete the half marathon in 1hr 55min so if you wish to bonus me please feel free. Hopefully it won't take me that long as I begin to develop similarities to the brave athletes on your left. Incidently these guys were running in 70th annual sports festival of Kila Raipur, better known as Rural Olympics. Kesar Singh Punia (72) who had come fromToronto to take part in the games, made his presence felt in various events. He finished ahead of the others in the 100 m sprint and won shot put with a throw of 8.10 metres

I'm running for the Bone Cancer Research Trust, which is very personal to a colleague of mine. I know belts have to be tightened at the moment but I'm hoping to raise in excess of £500 so please dig deep.

Many thanks

Nathan
