I’m making the questionable decision to go ahead with a Tough Mudder with work on Sunday with little to no training 😬

I’m on team GK (the GK Massive) and we are competing on behalf of MacMillan cancer support.

MacMillan do some amazing work and having seen cancer impact one of my best mates and his family in such a devastating way this year, I’m determined to complete this course .... even if I have to crawl through the mud or be dragged!

Greene King have raised over £6m for MacMillan through our partnership over the years so any donations I can contribute through my efforts Sunday will be amazing!
