Pedal for Scotland 2009 · 13 September 2009 ·

Our mission is improve the lives of all people affected by ME. Working towards a future where everyone with ME receives the understanding, equity and care they deserve. We provide practical support and healthcare services, as well as funding breakthrough research and campaigning for change.

Story

I am attempting to raise money for Chronic Fatigue Syndrome or M.E. research, by cycling from Edinburgh to Glasgow and back to Edinburgh on the 13 Sept 2009. This will be a total of 104 miles.

As you may know Sasha has suffered with this very debilitating disease for the last 14 years.
There are an estimated 250,000 people with CFS or M.E. in the UK

There is no cure, no agreed treatment, and no agreed test to diagnose it.
Very little research has been done.
This is where you come in.
£10 could give 65 people information to manage their illness
£15 could help fund research interviews with people with CFS or M.E.
£25 could fund vital laboratory equipment
If you would like to help you can donate below.
