Some introductory facts:

I am not an athlete

I have never done this before

I am having a mid life crisis and have already bought/sold the sports car

I drink too much

No one has said it is going to be easy

But - the reasons why I am doing it:

Raise money for O.S.C.A.R.

I only have to train for 4 months and run for 4 hours (ish)

The money raised will help patients for the rest of their lives
