NCT Slough, Windsor & District branch is holding two NCT Baby First Aid courses, on Saturday 2nd November at Little Cygnets Children's Centre, St Mary's C of E, Primary School,The Green, Datchet, SL3 9EJ, at 10.00am-12.30pm and 2.00pm - 4.30pm.

Cost is £25 per individual place or £45 per couple. When paying for course, please do NOT tick gift aid. Babies who are 6 months and younger are very welcome to attend. You will need to make arrangements for older babies and children to be cared for by someone else while you are attending the course.

The 2.5 hour course will be delivered by an expert trainer from the British Red Cross. Within a relaxed environment, you will have plenty of opportunities to ask questions from your trainer and share experiences with other parents.

By the end of your course you have the practical knowledge and skills, plus the confidence to put these skills into practice.

Topics include;

Unconscious baby or child (breathing or not breathing)

Choking

Bleeding

Burns

Raised temperatures

Meningitis
