We are 3 mums who are taking up the challenge of running 10 miles to raise money for a good cause that helps new parents.

All the money raised for the NCT will go towards local activities and support within the Southampton area. We provide tea groups, breastfeeding drop in, phone and email support lines, and fund training of new antenatal and postnatal teachers and breastfeeding counsellors.

We try to provide the support needed to new parents and babies, in what is a wonderful but also sometimes challenging time.
