Fair Havens Hospice
At probably the most difficult time in their lives, Fair Havens provides the dignity, medical care and support to patients and their families. The hospice offers comfort to people suffering from cancer and other life-threatening illnesses throughout Southend, Rochford and Castle Point. Annually, it needs to raise £2.1 million.

I am about to embark on a challenge of a lifetime by cycling to Paris from London over 4 days covering some 290 miles. What inspired me to do this was seeing first hand the care and treatment that is offered at 'Fair Havens' a most wonderful and tranquil place.
