We are a charity that works with men to transform their lives & break the cycle of drug or alcohol addiction. They are also often homeless, have mental health issues or a criminal background. Our Supported Housing programmes address the root causes of addiction & help transform lives!

Story

Hi and thanks for donating! This year there are 24 of us (guys and girls) doing the Nehemiah cycle. We have supported this hugely worthwhile project over the years and continue to do so this year. Let the facts speak for themselves: The Nehemiah project team believes everyone deserves a second chance. Our success rates speak for themselves: 72% of our residential rehab graduates are clean from drugs/alcohol today; 94% of our graduates that were offenders have not reoffended and have stayed out of prison (January 2001 to July 2008). Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It's also the most efficient way to sponsor me: The Nehemiah Project gets your money faster and, if you're a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

The team for this year is Peter Troup, Matt Bertram, Bruce Heyns, Dave Bennett Laura Baker, Paula & Karen Rutherford, Kerry Sinclaire, Rachal Sandall, Sean Peche, David Young, Deanne Goh, Mat Bartlett, Michelle Daniels, Adam & Amanda Bream, Sid & Jen Rall, MC & Mel Pieterson, Jeremy Senior and Reb Ellis
