The morning after the marathon and the body feels ok except for the thigh muscles,finding it had to walk.After 18 miles and feeling fine i had a call of nature and from there on it was a struggle.I am very happy with a time of around 5 hours.I would like to thank everyone who sponsored me ,i am sure John would have been very proud as i struggled round.
